Bluetooth phone /bluetooth corded phone Q620B is equipped with a standard PSTN line and a mobile Bluetooth audio connection on same desk phone, then you can answer or make your mobile phone call through Q620B s speakerphone , handset, or optional headset. And you can even set up a 3 party conferencing call using PSTN line and mobile Bluetooth line on Q620B combo telephone. Q620B is compatible for use with most Bluetooth mobile phones and also a caller ID phone

Operation guide

1).Pairing Q620B with you Mobile phone
Before setting up (pairing) your Q620B to your specific mobile phone, you will need to switch on your Bluetooth device or determine your mobile phone headset or hands free-free profile. Check your mobile phone Bluetooth sets in user menu or consult your mobile phones user guide for full detail on selecting the Bluetooth device discovery mode and utilizing a headset with your mobile phone. For mobile phone, Q620Bs line 2 can be regarded as using a Bluetooth headset.

---Connect telephone line and power supply to Q620B, ensure that your mobile and Q620B are within 5 m/15ft of each other
---Start searching for Bluetooth device, Q620B will be regarded as :Blue phone, Enter PIN code XXXX and set up connection, factory default PIN code is 0000
---When pairing complete, the indicator LED of LINE2 will turn on in blue color. Sometimes user may need press Line2 for pairing or repeat pairing.
---Keep your Mobile s Bluetooth device on, then when your mobile phone are close to Q620B within 5 meter , it will connect each other automatically.
Note: When you roam to over 10m/33ft from Q620B telephone, the Bluetooth connection will be dropped. After you come back to Q620B within 10m/33f, your mobile phone will automatically pair with Q620B,so you may not need to do pairing every time. If occasionally not paired, please press Line2 for pairing again.

2) Answering a mobile call
---When a call is coming and the Q620B telephone and Mobile will both ring, the light will flash.
---Lift the handset or press either Handsfree or line2 you want to answer.
---If you connect headset to the phone, press Headset soft key to answer the call.

3) Making a Mobile phone call
---Lift the handset and press Line 2, then dial the number end by press send
---Press the Line 2 directly, the handsfree will turn on , dial the number end by press send
---Dial the number from Mobile phone, then press Line2, the call will be switched to Q620B.

4) PSTN line switch to Mobile
---During a PSTN call, if there is a mobile call comes, you can press Line2 to answer the call and the Line 1 will be held automatically. And you can switch two calls between line1 and line2 by press line1/line2 button.

5) Call switch between Q620B and Mobile
---Mobile to Q620B
When use mobile to dial out a number or answer a call , press Line2 button, then the call switches to Q620B
---Q620B to Mobile
When you are using Q620B for a mobile call, if you want to switch back to mobile, you need to follow the prompts on mobile display , choose mobile.
Note: Different model of mobiles use their specific method for switching calls between Bluetooth device and mobile. So user need to check the Mobile phone user guide for more detail. Q620B can be regarded as a Bluetooth handsfree device.

6) Making a Conference call (Mobile + PSTN)
---To join two calls in a Conference:
---To make or answer a second call while on a call, press the other line key, your first call is automatically held.
---If youre making a call on the second line, dial the number.
---Once you have two callers on both lines, press Conf soft key.
Note: You can speak privately with each caller by pressing their line key. This automatically puts the other caller on hold. You can re-establish the conference by pressing Conf soft key again.

7) Changing Bluetooth device name and Pin code
---Press menu button on Q620B, use up/down key to search for Bluetooth setting,
---Then you can change the Q620B Bluetooth device name and PIN code.
---If you change this setting, your mobile phone need to do pairing again.

Operation Tips
---Q620B Bluetooths cover range is from 5-10M, for best voice quality keep distance within 5 meter.
---Bad Mobile wireless signal will result voice quality to unclear, put mobile phone on a proper position
---Directory in Mobile phone can not be copied to Q620B, use mobile dial out then press Line2 switch to Q620B
---If use many Q620B in same area, please change Bluetooth name and PIN code avoiding failure of connection.
---When Line1/Line2 indicator flash, means line be held, press Line 1/2 button, then press Rls button to make the Q620B idle .
